Hi all!
Good morning / night....
I've noticed in the past few days that I wake up in the middle of the night for an unknown reason and I can't go back to sleep because of the pain in my neck :( So annoying. Inspite of the new helpful sleeping pillow and the physiotherapy...
And my tailbone is also quite painful lately.
And my elbows (I had tennis elbows before and every once in a while it hurts).
And the three year long inflammation in my heap joint (on the right).
And this morning, the muscle up in my heap on the left seems to be extra short or something.
And I have tinnitus, so that also decided to drive me a little crazy.
This is sooo annoying and it's making me agitated and angry and unpleasant :(

        ...good morning sjarlotte!

I only have a couple of suggestions for you....if you are sleeping on your back, then tuck a pillow under each arm, and see if it will give your elbow some relief. The second suggestion is for the "tinnitus"...I find that a white noise machine helps cover the ringing in the ears, and may provide you an easier way to get to sleep.

Here is the model I bought, and am very pleased with it. I believe there are two models,...a two speed and a single speed blower, ...and for the added $10 or so we opted for the dual speed.

...and you may want to consider PT for the elbow problems..and most can be done at home several times daily or as instructed by your PT Dr.

By any chance are you taking any Statin's? ...if so...both my wife and I were on the same script, and we found that it was the cause of our elbow pain. Please check it out if taking them.

           Take care!
