I thought surgery would end my C.P. 4 months later ,still in pain?

I have not posted in awhile,mainly because I have been exercising and physio everyday.Yet Iam still on low dose of pain meds and my wrist and elbow are fine ,Iam so greatful for that!Throught the healing process different areas hurt much more then others ,lately its my neck and my head feels too heavy for neck ?I am so sore today ,Iam not doing any exercise  today!I am hoping this will pass soon my neck hurts so much its hard to hold up ,Ijust need to lay down on apillow.take care everyone .

Hi Sore, sorry to read you are having some trouble hopefully, this is just a glitch that will resolve quickly. I honestly think you are doing wonderful to be only 4 months post op from a rough surgery. Don't be so hard on yourself, give yourself a break. Friend of mine had thoracic outlet done and it was a good 6 months before she was able to get where you are today. I have seen others have the same surgery and most of them were just beginning to turn around at the 6 month mark too.

Maybe you are pushing yourself a little too much because I know how bad you want to feel good again. I really think you will make it too, because you want it so bad.
