Sorry, lost it for a second! What I ment to say was I went to my Primary Doc today and being on the Medicare Humana Gold plan, I don't have to pay so I complained about a bunch of junk thats been hurting lately! First was my feet to which my Doc said, I think you have plantar facyitus or something like that? I don't think so Doc, I had a bad case of that a couple years ago and it was only in one foot and felt nothing like this! I still have the $130. boot I wore at night to get rid of it! He told me to take my shoes off and hit some spots w/ his thumbs> "Does that hurt?" Ah, NO. "How bout here?" Ah, NO. I have had flat feet all my life doc and I think they are finally getting to the point I'm gonna do some damage if I don't get some inserts. OK, you can go to the foot doc if you want, I'll write you a referal but I think your pain Doc should adjust your pain meds!!! That just ain't gonna happen Doc, not for my feet!!!

Next, I'd like to go see a dermatologist for this spot on my forehead and this gross thing growing on my neck. "Well I can send you but, they will just freeze it off!> I can do that here today!" Ah, OK doc but what the hell is it? "Probably some cancerous stuff, I'll take care of it!" With that the nurse/girl/assistant went out and brought back the freezer gun! OK now if you've never had the pleasure of having liquid nitogen shot onto your forehead three times in a row, you are definitely missing out on one of my fav instantanious pains! Kinda felt like what I believe an red hot ice pick slowly going into your brow!> Daza Niza!! Then it was time for the ugly meat thing on my neck which wasn't nearly as bad till he got to my neck under the frozen meat thing! After these what the doc called frost bite spots were bandaged up, he asked if there was anything else?
Yep! I saved what I believe to be the most serious thang for last!

My left ear! A couple weeks ago I was doing a really stupid thang (I do lotz of these!) I had an itch in my ear and instead of going and getting a Q-tip and peroxide to dip it in to get rid of the itch like I usually do, I stuck my index finger in my ear and wiggled it around vigerously! As I pulled it ou it had formed an air tight seal and the suction cause by this stupidness felt like it ruptured my ear drum! Since if I held my nose, closed my mouth and blew like you would to equalize the pressure underwater or on a plane, I could feel air escaping thru the ear and it hurt like the whole Dicken Family all the way down my jaw !!> Yikes!! That wasn't the worst of it tho! Next time I took a shower as hard as I tried to keep water out of my ear, it got in>> (of course!) Now I could feel it in my inner ear and the next day, it hurt like the whole Dickens Clan!!! Yea well I have a doc apt in a couple weeks so I'll wait and see what happens! I don't want to tell my wife about how stupid I am either (Hell I have so many things wrong w/ me I hate telling her there's something else and I caused it!!!) so I'll try to make believ nothing is wrong! Back to the doc> sorry! He looked in there and said> "I can't see your ear drum! Too much wax!" Then he looked in the other ear, "Hmmm, there's hardly any wax in this side!" Yea wll thats cause I use the Q-tip & peroxide trick which does a great job of keeping it clean! I have awefull wax build up for my size!

Then he said that they would clean out my ear and asked the girl/servant to do it, to which she said, "I can't! the stuff is still at the old office!" Oh yea, they had moved offices since my last apt and I had a hell of a time finding them as the phone was busy for a 1/2hr prior to my apt when I tried to call for directions!! "So Pete, you'll have to come backl Friday so we can clean that ear and look at the drum!!" "In the mean time I'll give you a script for some drops!" Now I know I'm not the sharpest lightbulb in the drawer but what if there is a hole in there and the drops make it past the wax and flow thu da hole??? Doc says> Dun't vethy abowd eat! Day air pen drops! For da pen!!!He's from Endia! (The tallest Indian I've ever seen! I look heem in the eyes and I'm 6'-3"!!!) I just love this Guy tho!!! So I'll be back Friday for an ear flushing right after my apt w/ my Pain Doc who's right across the street!!! Wait untill he hearts about this!!!

So I'm sorry for this long anoying post but somebody's gotz to do it> Right??? I really have to go and eat something now! Fatzo's gotta eat too Ya know!!! Love All Y'all!!!!!!!!!!!
Be Good dam it For Goodness Sake and get those pains low!!!!!! Do what your Doc tells You to do and I'll see Yuze All Later Job!!!

Pete....we LOVE you back buddy....

But your post is impossible to read...Could you please go back and put it into small paragraphs? Maybe 5 sentences in each for example...

We all want to catch up on what you are doing but for most of us it's too hard to read when it's all in one big paragraph....

Thanks so much!!!

Good to see you again Pete.  Oh but you do get yourself into some situations, don't you.  Ha hahahahahah.

Please keep posting and let us know how you fare with all your doctor visits and what else they find.  Meanwhile, I'll be praying for you, my dear friend.  I miss you, too.

God bless you, Pete.

Pete, you get into some messes, and I'm sorry you've got so much going on.

I hope you don't mind me editing your post, especially as you were going to try to come back tomorrow and do it - as SB said, it's hard to read one whole bock of text.

Hope things are better soon :-)

Hi Pete
Geez you make going to the doc an adventure. I'm kinda jealous. My doc is 1 problem per visit. If I say my foot and toe hurt he says hey hey which one is it gonna be. Talk about pushing the one problem per visit thing. Thanks for the adventure ..will look forward to part 2...lol ...I hope your doing good.

It's always an adventure with you Pete!!

This is the hard part about getting older as we get all these strange things that start popping up all over....or our past starts catching up with us...

I know how much you love fishing and out on the water....and I can imagine that like many of us when younger....were not good about using sunscreen all the time as well as reapplying it every few hours....So now we pay the price with our skin...

I've had skin cancers removed as well....So has my mom, brother, and niece...

Thankfully yours were easily removed by the freezing....I hope you will now make sure you wear sunscreen....and yes...don't forget your ears and even scalp if you don't wear a hat!...

Also hope that the inserts will be able to help....as we age...our feet start to flatten....so let's hope this does the trick for you...

As another suggestion...(obviously check with the Dr.)...but I don't think they ever recommend us using Q tips...as even with the peroxide...it can push the wax into the canal....I know I was told to throw them out and never use them again....If you have a lot of wax build up...you can continue to use the drops to help get rid of it....The key is that a tiny bit of wax is good to protect our ears...it's kind of those natural things our body produces....But obviously not too much to clog them....So I hope the drops do the trick...

Thanks for sharing your stories with us....you certainly tell your stories well that makes us feel like we are there with ya!!!

Just had to add a funny joke I heard while watching the tv show Royal Pains....(really good on USA network)

So it goes:

"They say if you give a man a fish, he will eat for a day....
If you teach a man to fish......He will sit on a boat and drink beer all summer" LOL :):)

Well, Well, I didn't expect so many replies! Espessially since I haven't been around in a while!

Thanks for fixing my one parragraph story Laura!! Did you fix the smelling too? I'm a notoriously bad smeller for sure!!! I hope that your fix helped a little! I remember being asked to break it up before but that was a while ago and I forgot!

I was really tired last night and had a back spazm from lying on the doc's table! While I was waiting for him in the examining room, I layed down and pulled the leg thingy out of the table and fell asleep! Maybe my snoring brought him in sooner?

When I finally got up I had a spazm delux in my lower back so when I got back home I took a muscle relaxer> a soma, which made me tired! I probably should not have attempted to write so much! I haven't gone back to read what I said yet and don't remember much!

Here's a good one! It was my B-day today and my sister & neice came down from Ocala to supprise me. Linie is home schooled on the computer and goes to Ocala to ride equestrian horses every winter but thats not part of the "good one!"

So I'll start over! Mom next door had a party / dinner for me and I was so happy that when I opened a pressents from my Mom & Sis> two bottles of red wine, I thought I would make an exception and have a glass w/ the appitizers we were having on her porch.

I took one sip and then remembered> I can't have this dadgumit!! I have an apt. w/ my pain doc tomorrow!!! grrrrrrr! oH IT TASTED SO GOOD! wHY COULDN'T i HAVE REMEMBERED BEFORE i HAD THAT SIP??? Sorry, caplock fingers! Too tired to fix!

Yep, now that the Fla. laws have changed, I get pee tested at every visit!!! I don't know if they get them all tested, seems like it would cost an awful lot but who knows?? I don't think I'll fail from one sip but I supose stranger things have happened!!

I'm gonna ask my doc to give me a shot in my torn achillese tendon again as it's been hurting a lot again and the big lump is coming back or should I say getting worse cause it never went away! It's been quite a while since the last one & It helped soooo much last time I was thrilled!

Ok well I'm about shot! It's been a long day! Caught myself sleep walking last night at 2:22a.m. standing at the sink in the bathroom filling it w/ hot water like I was gonna shave?? So I sat on the pot to pee cause my legs, feet and back were killing me> don't know how long I was standing there?? I woke up w/ my feet & legs asleep and tried to walk back to bed at 4:00a.m. Geeze! Slep till 5:00a.m. and got up to make the coffee and take Rose outside!!

So this time> That's all Folks!! I gotta take Rose out then hit the sack! My Spousal Unit is taking her old mare to Gainsville to U.F. Vet Dept. early to get a 2nd opinion> The old Gal is always lame, it's so sad! So we gotz to getz up very early to load the old girl!!

GRRR> I ain't gonna do it again! This is it> Really! Goodnight all!! Thanks again for all the kind words!!
I love all of Yze Gize to peices!!!
