Hi, I just joined this forum, thought it will be helpful for my future health problems.
Recently I had chest pain in the middle of my chest. Right in the middle. My parents said that it is posture. I thought so at first as the pain always go away after sitting upright.
This afternoon I start experiencing slight difficulty breathing after exercising under the hot sun. This continues until after dinner, when I feel much better.
During the period of time I have experience momentary chest pains that go away when I sit upright, and sometimes when I sit on the floor for too long a time as well (only when I sit on the floor, it doesn't happen when on the chair). The pains were endurable, and only lasts a few seconds. Sometimes I also experience this pain when turning to certain positions.
Could anyone explain these symptoms and methods to prevent it from happening again? Is it really the posture?

Hi Donovan and welcome to the chronic pain forum. Chest pain of any kind should always be checked out by a medical doctor, not your parents or a public forum. Please get in to see your family doctor about this, it may be something or it may be nothing. Better to be safe than sorry.

Please come back and let us know what the dr has to say.
