Hi everyone, I have a question for any of you that notice you are missing posts on new members? What I have been experiencing is this; I am in & out of the forum alot during the day mainly to check and see if a new member has signed on and to make sure they have been greeted by someone from the forum. A couple of days ago I was here and was posting to several people including some new ones. I left the forum and came back in about 2 hours and there was a post from a new member that had not been greeted. I looked at the time of the post and the time I had been on previously and the post should have been there but was not. Is anyone else noticing this is happening to them. I am beginning to wonder if I am losing my marbles. This has happened several times to me, lol.

Thanks for any input.

...NO!...you are not loosing your marbles!....this has been repeatedly reported to the Admin, and seems to be a problem on several other forums.

I myself have come across several large blank areas while doing searches on past post. It must be a tech thing and or server problem...or we have a rogue mod running around...of which I doubt.

…well don't let me stop you from doing that, tongue …..but some spooky things have been reported concerning this. Maybe Peter will come across a good explanation for it.

Straydog you  are not losing it LOL I have also noticed this, I know that there have been several new people that I have been the first one on to welcome and  then I usuually reread my post after I submit it to make sure I did it right. ( sometimes I've had to go back in and edit it) anyway, when every thing was ok and then I have come back either the same day or maybe days later, and the post I made was completely gone????? So it has also happened to me too. The quirks of these computers I guess???
