Hello members!....New and Veteran! wink

Every once in a while we have been posting a review of the rules...one at a time. We find that many of our new members somehow miss these...in their urgent search for answers to their Chronic Pain problems. The Admin also edits a few of these rules as well...so a review for our veteran members is not a bad idea either.

None of these reviews ...are in no way directed at any one member...but simply a review for all...including us Moderators.wink...so with that in mind here is rule #3!

3. No posts that attack, insult, flame, defame, or abuse others. Respect other members' opinions regarding treatment decisions. Decisions about health and well-being are highly personal choices. We should respect all points of view. Flaming will not be tolerated.

If you are having a problem with a member...it is best to contact a moderator...and we will be happy to assist you. If you are in dissagreement with a Moderator...then again....it is best to contact the moderator via email. We find this is the "Best Practice" for the health of the forum.

Active Moderators may be contacted by either clicking on the email icon just below their username...or you may look them up in the member directory....or...you may simply click on thier name and the profile page should have an email address for you to use. Please be patient...as Moderators may be busy with thier normal lives. They will get back with you as soon as possible.

In a nutshell...we find it best to follow the "Golden Rule" ( sorry I chose Blue for the color heresmilewinkgrin) Enough said! wink
Thanks!

Your Moderators! wink

This is always a good rule, and this can also be hard to follow when there is a spammer posting...
but it's always better to be nice as we want to be treated nice when we are struggling...
Hope everyone is having a good day with low pain levels...

….if you suspect a Spammer, it a best practice to follow the Guidelines, located within the forum rules and report them to the Admin and or your Moderators. It is thought that any derogatory comments, may possibly inflame the spammer and cause further harm to the forum community and or visitors. I will admit that some Spammers are very clever and hard to tell if they are really a spammer. We believe it is best practice not to comment,.but rather contact your moderators and let them figure out what is going on. We have to remember that at any given moment, we have visitors looking in at how we handle ourselves as a support group.

The Moderators decided to Lock this thread...as it is for review and reading only.

Thanks,
