Hi everyone I have some good news. We finally got our internet at home again. I'm so relieved and glad after five months. We got our Cricket internet broadband updated at the Cricket store so that it will work with our Windows 7 on our laptops. I'll be glad to finally be back to posting daily like I was before.

I hope everyone is having a low pain evening. My pain isn't too bad at the moment, but as you all know, that can change in the next 5 minutes. We chronic pain patients just never know, do we? Take care.

love and hugs

Hey Loretta,

I know I already told you this, lol, but I'm happy for you. Having gone w/out a computer back in December - I know how tough it is... and you went a lot longer.

Glad you are back online!

Hey Loretta since its been awhile since you posted here have you found a new PM dr? I remember when you lost your internet you were looking for a new one because of transportation issues. Did you also have to find a primary care dr too, or just pain mgt dr? Hope you have found a new one thats good.

Take care.....Susie

Thanks ladies. I'm so glad to be back. My back has been hurting a lot this afternoon and evening. I don't know why because it's not raining or anything.

Susie My primary care doctor was prescribing my pain meds and the transportation screwed it up, so I had to find another pcp. She didn't want to prescribe my pain meds, so I tried to find a pain management dr and I couldn't find any that would take my Medicaid, so she or the physician assistants there at the office are prescribing my pain meds. They write the scrips and send them to my pharmacy, and we go pick them up when they are ready. So, it's working out good finally.

You all take care.

Very glad to hear no more problems getting your meds. I remember the mess they had you in trying to get your meds every month. So, it has worked out better for you that the PM dr is out of the picture, good for you. And this means you have a new PCP taking care of you, right?....Susie

Yes Susie I have a new pcp.

Thank you Snowbunny I have been celebrating. It's so much easier not having to go thru withdrawls every month, and now we don't have to be going out every time we want to get on the internet as well.

I hope everyone is having a low pain evening. I just took an Oxycodone trying to get this back pain to calm down.

hugs
