Anyone had this before? what helped for you? I have tried all the conservative things at home and no help. I've also done acupuncture and still no relief. Starting physio tomorrow.

I hope the physio helps you. I have probably been diagnosed with most foot problems or atleast close to it seems like. I have "poor foot structure" in both feet and crushed every bone in the right except 4 toes and the 1 behind the bigtoe and having major surgery this winter.. Anyway due to this I have a very tight achilles and podiatrist told me an easy stretching excersise by placing the toes on an elevated item like a step/wall and lean into it just a little and hold it for 12-15 sec. this will help stretch it. You might need to check this with your physio first. Im sure they will work on you and help you out. Foot pain is HORRIBLE!!! Especially for an active hearted person,GOODLUCK!!!
