Hello Veg and welcome to our chronic pain forum!
...sorry you are in this kind of extreem pain, but one thing I might suggest is that you seek out a neuorologist, and have them take a peek at it. Are you on any pain meds for it yet? If not, then I would suggest that you try and see if your Dr will help you in that area. Be careful though...stay as low as you can on the dose, but at the same time you will want some sort of quality of life.
Have you tried either hot or cold packs on it?...and you may also consider a tens unit, as it may help. Over the counter items like biofreeze may be worth trying as well. Ibuprofen is also another OTC med that may help...so give these some consideration.
We cannot diagnose here on the forum, but can certianlly share our experiences with you. Have you had any xrays done on it at all? Any swelling in the area that it hurts? Redness? Have you tried placing a pillow under your knees at night, or placing one between your legs if laying on your side? Does this only seem to be a problem with only one or both claves? Do you have lumbar back problems...like pain? If so, then it can be the cause of leg pain as well. Sorry for all these silly questions here... I'm just trying to get to know you better and see if some of the answers might help our members with suggestions for you.
Hope you get an answer soon, but again keep seeking professional help with it, and get more than one opinion from Dr's if you can.
Good luck!...and enjoy the forum, and it's members!
