BeeMom you sound a lot like my Mom.I don't think she would take pain medicine if her leg was broke.
I think Women do have a higher tolerance for pain but there comes a time.If pain is interfering with your life there is nothing wrong with seeking help thru medication or other means.
I'm not saying there's nothing that we can do but take pills.That's far from the truth.
I limped in a gym,for the 1st time in 10 yrs,and walked out.
I ride the lounge bike with the TV mounted on front and there's maybe 3 or 4 machines I can use.
I hope you find something that gets you feeling better.
