Hey Sweetie...I've only experienced injections for cervical/lumbar spine pain. I have tried several series multiple times, but did not get relief. Others have had much success, so it's very much an individual response. I do have "success" with Synvisc One injections in both osteoarthritic knees. Those ease enough of the bone on bone pain so that I can function. As the other gals stated, it could be worth a try once you research risk vs. benefit. IF ONLY you could get POV of someone who's had them and gives positive feedback.
Just remember there are a multitude of snake charmers out there promising to CURE endometriosis and END YOUR PAIN. They are simply feeding on our desperation. Buyer beware=(
Having said all of that...
I'd be interested to know more about the pelvic injections, as to where you would actually be injected? So please keep us posted on your research. If I could only "numb" from my naval to my "never mind"...I could maybe cope with the other maladies=)
