your dr. Malpractice requires proof. Have you gotten copies of your medical records and read them ? Do you understand them ? Medical malpractice is not the same as not being happy with the outcome of treatment/surgery. The medical care the dr gave you must be below the standard of care for your area ? Do you have this proof in your medical records ? Has another dr written in your medical records that you are a victim of malpractice or what the other dr did that raises to the level of malpractice ? You will have ot have medical evidence, as I said before. You will also have to have a lot of money. Very few, if any attorneys, take these type of cases without money upfront when it only involves one person. How mamy other patients have sued this dr for mailpractice ? How many have won ?
Go to the county court house and look for malpractice suits filed against this dr.
