Welcome LittleBit2. As someone said, you are in the right place for info (and caring and compassion).
I have had RFA done on my lower back with pretty good results. Have had each side done twice now, about 10 months apart, and planning on having it done again in a couple months. Never on my neck though. And they are right, you will feel more sore for a while after, everyone is different. My understanding is the pain is caused mostly by inflammation from the procedure.
Also have had botox injections for chronic migraines…works very well for me. I get it every 3 months and been doing it for a couple years now. Reduced my migraines from about 28 a month to about 2 a month, and they aren't nearly as bad as they used to be. Something to check out for headaches. But, as others said, if insurance doesn't cover it, it will be rather expensive.

spina bifida dx age 20, chronic back pain (surgery: tethered spinal cord, spinal fluid leak), neurogenic bladder (augment w/ stoma, sling-2015), chronic migraine, TMJ, bulging discs etc C3-C6, neurogenic bowel, colostomy-2015, bipolar type 2, anxiety, fibromyalgia, severe nausea, hysterectomy+salpingo-oophorectomy 2015, and more. Gonna be ok!
