Hi Tom, I do hope you are able to find a decent PM dr. A couple of months ago I went in for my usual pump refill only to find 3 new girls at the front desk, then the PA that did vitals was someone I had not see before. Needless to say this threw me for a loop, lol. I am a creature if habit. When my dr came in the room I asked about
all of the new faces, he laughed & said he had hired a couple of new girls. He went on to say the rest were girls that work in the back desk area & I apparently never paid much attention to them since they were not involved with patient care.
From what you described as your experience of bad brain fog & such it makes me think the medications were too strong for you. The dr should have made adjustments so that you could function. Hopefully, if you can get with a new dr it will be with someone that listens when you explain your situation.
So very happy to read that your first time experience with hydrotherapy was positive. I love the water therapy, we have very little chance of re-injuring because we are weightless in the water. The Tens Unit is something you can adjust & find what works the best for you.
Tom, you had asked about
an ice regime in another post, Yogaprof responded & said he/she bought an ice wrap on Amazon to use on their neck.
Keep us posted.
