Hello and welcome to HealingWell. I agree with Susie. Spending too much time in front of a computer screen can give you a headache and also strain your eyes. There is also a strain on your muscles in your back, neck and arms as you sit there a long time. All of this can make your body muscles tense up and contribute to headaches on top of staring at a computer screen.
I think you are spending too much time in front of a computer. You need to get up and move, focus your eyes on different far away objects, get into natural light.
And as Susie suggests, please tell you parents about
the headaches. You might need to see an eye doctor. There are special coatings for lenses for people who wear glasses and work on computers.
