I have been coping with chronic pain for 4 years, and although I am not pain free I have made a lot of progress. I created a blog with some of my favorite tips and tricks and wanted to share in the hopes that it would help you if you are feeling stuck and not sure what to do next. One of the hardest parts of chronic pain is that all of your energy is directed towards feeling ok and sometimes you have none left over to find new ways to cope.
Please check out my blog for a full list, but if you don't have time my #1 tip is to get an at home tens machine! I put it on when I'm driving, straightening my hair, sitting at the computer etc.
