Hi there,

I had my updated MRI and it seems that my OPLL has increased its size, and my narrowing of spine canal is now down to 8mm, 2 years ago it was seen as 9mm.

I have been experiencing some tingling of fingers and occasionally weakness and fatigue of hands during sleep. I always awaken by this weakness and fatigue sensation of my hands. Meaning I do not have a straight sleep during the night.

Since 2016, I have neck pain 24/7, which is very uncomfortable for me but I am used to it. Often I have headache that originates from the bottom part of my skull/head part.

I am sorry to hear other people of having such disease.

Hoping to hear from you all.

Have a blessed weekend

Hi Ate Vi~

And welcome to Healing Well. I'm glad you have joined us.

I'm assuming you've been checked for carpal tunnel in your hands. If your spinal canal keep narrowing something is going to get pinched which equals pain. Has your doctor given you his opinion? Have you been prescribed anything for pain? Living with this much pain since 2016 isn't necessary. There are good doctors out there who will help with pain control. I would be looking for one if I was you. Medications may not take away all of the pain but it will control it enough so your life is livable and enjoyable. You deserve the help.
