Keep strong. I stretch, it helps some.
shoulder blades could be neck or tendons. I live with CT in shoulders and osteophytes in neck,
and yes, i hear ya. Windmill stretches, shoulder rotations, as well.
water therapy, i do walking laps with specific exercises to help. HT
