Thought i'd post, been awhile.
Am cycling again, pedal assist, it is a beast, and i named it. Throttle when required.
Doing wall push ups, up to 3x25 sessions, good boy. Been having free massages @ the massage school in town, check out these in your neck of the woods, providing it will assist you. They love complex bodies!
For pain, trying to drop the a from fat and sticking in an I. Still doing walking laps at the pool spa etc.
Mentally much improved, been doing a lot, and resuming the confidence that has been dormant.
The HT's mantra i always utilise, slow n steady. Am less complex these days! lol.
