Hi , I have a Medtronic pain pump in my back for6 years and it has worked well to limit the pain. Know the president has warned us to be ready for a cyber attack. What if we are attacked and I’m unable to get my pump refilled or even get in to see my doctor at all. What if there’s an EMP attack. There warning us. I’m concerned!

Sometimes we have to limit what we worry about to things we can control; least we drive ourselves stark raving mad!

What can you do? You can figure out about how long it is till your pump needs servicing. If it's not in the next few months, put the concern out of mind, as they won't refill it until the right time. Meanwhile, remember all the things that worked, however sporadically, to help manage the pain before you got the pump. Start doing those things, or acquiring those meds, or whatever might help calm your fears.

Don't make life harder than it has to be!
