Hi taytay,

I does sound like something is causing your pain more than a pulled muscle. You have something pinching a nerve somewhere. It's up to your doctor to find out what it is and form a treatment plan. It could be pinching at the neck area, or like suggested at the wrist (carpul tunnel), or a myriad of other places. Guessing is only delaying treatment and prolonging your pain. Make an appointment with your doc and get some relief.
