Marsh mallow anyone?

I had heard it mentioned here that some people are taking marsh mallow to aid. Anyone been using it for awhile?

It is said to have anti-inflammatory properties and be somewhat mucilaginous (hence the consistency. of the confection that used to be made from the same plant). I also read that it may interfere with medications and make it more difficult for them to be adsorbed. What is your experience? It would be interested to know.

I am going to try it (pick it up at the health food store this weekend). At this point I would try dung tea if I thought it had a chance of working....
