Ok Iv'e heard enough and read enough reviews about this book and I am desperate, done the drugs, done the self changing diet, nothing is working and I just cant do the homebound thing anymore.
Gonna pick up the book: Breaking the vicious cycle
I reallllllllly hope this helps, cause my current starvation diet is killing me in to many ways to continue, and you all know what Im talking bout :)
Ya know all I really want is to skate again, I use to quad skate 5 miles every day until this disease, I am shocked now every time I look in the mirror and see just how much muscle Ive lost in the last 4 years with this disease.
Anyway, will keep ya posted :)

Hi Blue Velvyt
I grew up in Southern California, I lived in my quads. I started with th steel wheeled ones that hooked on your shoes, they came with a key to adjust them. I'm almost fifty so if you are younger than me you probably never had those. Then on to lace ups. Every where I went on wheels,  and every saturday night was Skateing rink night. Memories! I live in the mountians now w/no sidewalks so it would be tuff. I know what you mean though, I used to run five miles a day and now I go out and rake for a minute or two and I'm pooped. It sucks! I saw the post about that book and I was curious too. When you get it let me know what you think, I never heard of it till now.

Now I wanna go skate too! Lets Go!
