I have just started the makers diet, and have found that I love Goat's milk cheese!
It's so good, and so versatile! I have it crubmled on salads, melted on salmon, stirred into beef stock to make a creamy soup....
I'm really having a good time on the Makers diet so far. It's much less restrictive than I thought, and I love knowing that everything I eat is healthy! The only thing i kinda miss so far is
cookies and chocolate and candy...but, the yummy healthy food makes up for it. I'm looking forward to phase II!
