tired and achy

Just a question.....im on 9mg of endocort for around 4 months and 100mg of imuran for 3 months now......this week i have been really tired and stiff in the morning...and after work if i lay down on the couch i could fall asleep......as it is i almost go to bed with the kids im also up at 6 every am.......is this a side effect of the imuran now that it is most likly starting to work or just another normal thing for crohns....my blood work is okay slight anemia but doc not worried about that and wbc is slightly elevated but doc not worried about that either.......my wbc has always been slightly elevated.......i don't see the GI until early March.......

 anemia, b12 deficiancy, and malobsorption, moderate joint pain,severe weight loss, gastritis
 omega 3, digestive enzyme, calcium, vit d, flax oil, aloe vera juice, 9mg of entecort, 100mg Imuran
 diagnosed with a CT scan september of 2007.

I'm in remission but still have times when I'm totally exhausted. This week I feel great but for a couple of months I would come home from work and just crash. I think it has more to do with the disease itself and not meds. I'm only on pentasa. My suggestion is to get the rest you body says you need. I know that is harder when you have young children. I'm lucky that mine are older and I don't have to keep an eye on them all the time.

Listen to your body. It is telling you it needs rest. If you push yourself it just gets worse. I learned that the hard way. Before I was diagnosed I was babysitting my two grandchildren, homeschooling my teenager and working full time. I ended up in the hospital.

Considered in Clinical remission but have minor signs of disease activity
Daughter (27) also has Crohn's since she was 12.
Currently on 4000mg of Pentasa only for Crohn's
No longer able to take 6-MP because of Bone-Marrow Suppression
Cymbalta, Metformin, Lipitor
