Has anyone tried marshmallow root or devils claw. They are suppose to help with inflammation, which has intrigued my curiosity.

Marshmallow Root is good. Has mucilaginous (I think I spelled that right) properties, which means it supports a healthy mucus membrane in the gut. Info: http://altmedicine.about.com/od/herbsupplementguide/a/Althaea.htm

I haven't tried it personally, but here's some info on Devil's Claw:

Good luck,
