Does anyone take it and what are the benefits of it?

" Acidophilus is also called Lactobacillus acidophilus. Lactobacillus acidophilus is a bacteria that exists in the body and is important in the maintenance of the normal level and consistency of bacteria in the body."

4 times a day....every single day! This probiotic has been VERY helpful for me especially when taking antibiotics which kill off good & bad bacteria. I also eat a lot of yogurt too!

I tried it but went back to taking my once a day only primadophilus rueteri made by natures way, less expensive a more convenient only having to take one/day, and for me, I got much better results from the primadophilus reuteri, which is also known to aid high cholesterol, lactose intolerance and for women, vaginal health...havn't had a yeast infection or mouth sores or anymore severe issues with my lactose intolerance and high cholesterol, I no longer have to take lactaid pills or high cholesterol pills.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)
