Thanks so much folks! The personal reason is that we are worried about
the long term side effects on the newer drugs. I have had some terrible allegeric reactions to medications they have put me on. We tried Remicade when it was right out of the gates about
9 1/2 years ago. Which lead to a terrible side effect that took about
a month to pass. So I try to stay away from the newer drugs until you see what it can cause. I was one of the first people to have this reaction to Remicade (now it is actually listed that it can happen). So the drs did not think it was from the Remicade which lead to a merry little chase of trying to figure out what the heck was going on. I just said personal at the beginning b/c I don't want to offend those who are wanting to try stuff when it comes out.
I like the water idea but we do not have a pool or something like a ymca in our area. They have a class of water aerobics at our area college for those who have arthritis but when I went to see about joining they said they only allowed seniors to join. So I got quite a few years til I can do that since I'm 29 now lol.
Does anyone know the difference between tramadol and ultracet? I may try doing some research on that when my son goes to bed tonite. The tramadol makes my "mind race" is the best way I can describe it. It doesnt seem to be a problem during the day but it is like I can not shut off my mind and go to sleep when I go to bed.
