The refined sugar in junk food turns into gas in your gut, which causes bloat/pain. With the veggies, make sure you cook them for a long time, till they are very soft. Otherwise they can irritate your bowels.
If the pain is so bad, can you try eating just soft foods/liquids? Soup or broths, yogurt, applesauce, bananas, milkshakes...stuff like that. Or even buy Carnation Instant Breakfast, Ensure Plus or Boost. To give the bowels a rest.
