Hi Karen, I live in Northern Ont Canada and I had a nurse come to my house and show me how to do it. There is team called Progress. The head office is in Montreal. Not sure if the contract out of Canada. Progress calls me once a month to see how I am doing and a 24-7 emerg line if I needed to talk to someone about any thing. I do my own needles, didnt have a problem, I use the syringes, alot easier and painless. There is a self injection information at www.humira.com shows you when and where to do it. 4 needles at the initial start is probably more than I want to handle alone. My husband is in Advanced first aid incase but ask your doctor if a nurse is available. Where do you live? Good luck, I have no reactions or anything, it just stings for a min and goes away, no redness, nothing. You'll be fine, piece of cake.
