Hi Dave,
Would you please share the first symptoms of your scleritis battle...
I began the LDN and 11 days later my right eye began to twitch (I had twitching and vision issues due to the fibro, chronic  fatigue and cervical spine issues but my vision has always been 20/20) more recently I developed what feels like 'thickening' of my left eyeball...There is nothing visible nor is it painful, just strange...I described it to my husband and he says he has the same feeling the past two days, we have had cloudy, stormy weather here and he blames it on the low clouds and pressure...
These eye issues reminded me of what you told me when I started LDN "pay attention to your eyes"...I have a wonderful opthamologist so if you  think this is cause for concern, I will call for an appt tomorrow...
Thanks in advance~MamaDove
PS. I am only on 1.5mg as of today, in fact the eye issue started the day after I increased, good thing I write everything down...

Hi MamaDove,

I have Scleritis of the eye and if I can find it on here, there is a thread where Dave and I chatted about it.  I don't believe mine is anywhere near as serious as his was.

Mine started with eye pain and redness that would not go away, no matter how many corticosteroid drops I tried.  Eventually it got worse and I developed a nodule, thus it was Nodular Scleritis.

For me the main symptoms were eye redness, eye pain, sensitivity to bright light--especially sunlight.  Sometimes the pain was in other areas of my face as well--around the eyes and in the sinus areas.

If you are concerned at all, I would get in and have your eye doctor take a look.  It never hurts to get it checked and it is better to be on the safe side.

Keep us updated on how you are feeling and in the meantime, if I can find that thread, I will post it on here.

Take care!
