I too get them sometimes. For me things like heart burn, stress, being tired, can trigger them. The more you pay attention to them the more you get I've found. When I relax about
them, and don't think about
it they stop. I've seen my doctor a few times for them, and he never seems concerned. But it's always a good idea to bring it up with them, especially if your concerned (or having other symptoms with them too).
Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease 2/06 after sever GI bleed. Has been suffering since 1998. History of rectal fistula and gallbladder removal. Currently taking Prednisone: tapered to 10 mg *eek*, Asacol, Questran, Toprol XL (for high blood pressure).
