When I first started 6mp the doctor told me not to take it with food because it would make me really sick and unproductive. Is this true?

When I was on it, I took it in the morning before leaving the house for work. I don't eat breakfast
until I get to work but my doctor never said anything to me about taking it on an empty stomach.
I don't think it really matters but thats just my opinion.

I always took my 6MP with food or yogurt. On the side of my 6MP bottle it said, "Take with food or milk." I never took my 6MP on an empty stomach, but that's just me! I would think that taking it on an empty stomach would make the side affects worse, but I'm not sure.

I always try to take mine with food, and like lilturbo, the bottle that mine comes in says "take with food".

Just make sure you don't wash it down with alcohol.

Like "inflamed" I have never noticed a difference taking mine with or without food.  I usually take mine in the monring rather I eat or don't eat.
