Three years ago, I had a bi-level, lumbar spinal fusion, so I can honestly say I feel your pain. I was on percocet for that and its the only thing that helps when I have some back pain now. Perc is also the only thing that touches my Crohn's pain. I understand the meds giving you energy, they do because you are mostly free of pain. Hopefully if you cut back on the meds, so when you do have to take them, they'll have a better affect. I built up such a tolerance to percocet during my back surgery recovery that after 3 months they had to switch me to something else to prevent liver damage. Just because you physically need pain meds to function, does not mean you are psychologically addicted to them. That's obviously something you would have to talk about with your doc, but I know there's a few threads that have been posted about "dependency" to pain meds. Good luck, we're here for ya!

I am starting to think it is the Humira, for some reason alot of people on Humira, such as myself are tired, foggy and no energy. I just saw my GI and told him I am tired all the time. Being on Pred 25mg isnt helping much either.

Don't overlook the drugs you are already on as being the cause for the exhaustion/lack of energy. I see you are on Imuran. I'm on 6mp, which is a close family member of it. When I first went on 6mp, I was at a dose of 100mg a day. It completely wiped me out to the point that I couldn't function. I slept probably 15 hours a day, and was still wiped out. Since when I went on it I had just come out of the hospital and was only on Remicade as my other drug, I didn't know what the cause was. I don't know how I discovered it, whether it was info from here or what, but I suspected the 6mp. I had to convince my GI to let me lower the dose of the 6mp and see what happened. I dropped it to 50mg a day and have been fine ever since. I don't have any problem with the Remicade, and the vicodin I am on occasionally does cause some sleeping issues.
Maybe check with your doctor and see if adjusting your medication levels around a bit is a possibility. I hope you find a solution soon.
