what everyone has said is true...I was meaning to mention the electrolytes thing, but it slipped my mind. glad you brought it up and got answers. I've even heard some people water down their gatorade a little because it's either too strong, they worry about
the calories/sugar. I've heard they do half water half gatorade.
I may be wrong, but I think gatorade has even made a lower calorie/sugar gatorade with the same amount of electrolytes. I can't remember the name of it, but it's more see through than regular gatorade. I want to say it's called G2 or something like that, but I don't remember. It's in the same type of bottle and everything as regular gatorade and should be right next to the regular stuff.
Bipolar, panic disorder, PTSD, PCOS, hashimoto's disease/hypothyroidism, acid reflux, and in the process of being diagnosed with either crohns, colitis, or even lupus...who knows really! the docs sure don't lol.
