I'm pregnant and have been craving cake, but I don't eat sugar, so I made a lemon cake and I hope it won't hurt me. It's organic and sweetened with honey!
2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. honey
1 c. goat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. soft butter
Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, then mix together.
Baked for 50 min at 350F in buttered loaf pan.
