I didn't even get through half of yesterday's pacts, because I crashed. I dragged myself through the day, feeling terrible, went straight to bed after dinner and woke shortly before dawn. The good thing is that I feel a little bit more rested than I have been *and* have been up and about for a few hours now.

So. Thursday's pacts:

* basic chores - do dishes (done), shower, make bed (almost done), 5x5 minutes tidying. No gardening unless the weather improves.
* Thursday's chores - do a load of washing, do the ironing, start fixing hems on trousers.
* Wednesday's chores (I didn't do them yesterday nono ) - sweep / vacuum and wash as many floors as I can (done two this morning already)
* continue blitzing errands and errand-related paperwork.

* Crohn's & fibro care - get back on track with meds. Exercise. Stretching x3.
* Mental health - meditate. Pray. Read some non-fiction; read the newspaper. Phone someone.

I also want to try to cut my sugar intake and work on my posture - I tend to slump when I'm tired.

Bonus points if I do 15 mins of pricing and / or studying, but I don't expect to do them today.

Oh, and have some fun watching the gymnastics. roll

Do presentation and study.

I think good posture is a good idea, I slump when I hurt too.

Okay, so tomorow, well, so far thisis provingto be along week at work and that seems to be all I can handle. No pacting for tomorrow other then work and eat-I'm going to take a page from Ivy's book and try to eat enough without all the sugar-although if I get to the end of the day and am too short I'll okay the blueberry pie. (I had to do the pie tonight to get close to the 1600 but everything else was quite healthy and I had lots of veges today).

Thursday's my due date, so even though this kid is making no signs of coming, I may stick by home. That said, I will need a lot of distractions, so I don't just sit and wait.

In theory #1-- have a baby, but since that is not likely:

- light yoga
- load of laundry
- stay hydrated
- nicely answer all the calls/messages from people asking if I've had the baby yet
- take ALL of my pentasa (I've been skipping some)
- rest
- eat fruits/veggies
- watch olympics/read
- walk with hubby in the pm

Ivy, hope this is a better day for you. The posture thing is a good idea. I always start to have back pain after slouching sets in, so it is good to remember to straighten up.

Happy Thursday all.

sjkly, if it helps, blueberries are supposed to be one of those super foods, so I suppose you could tell yourself you're looking after yourself if you do end up eating that pie :-)

Inflamed, I'll admit I giggled a bit when I saw your pacts. I think you're amazing to keep going with the birth so iminent. I suppose if you disappear all of a sudden we'll know the labour has begun, but I hope you'll at least see this huge hug:

(((inflamed))) and all these good wishes for the birth.

Jo, I'll be thinking of Sam tomorrow. Is she hanging in there?

My update: I've been down the street and done a few more errands. And I've vacuumed and mopped a few more floors, but I shouldn't have done them this tired - just when I'd finished, I upset the bucket of dirty water and wrecked my nice clean floor. I could have cried :-(.

I've also exercised, stretched and done a load of washing. And I keep reminding myself to sit up straight, so that's working (when I remember). I think that might be just about all for today, as I've run out of energy, so the other pacts will have to wait for another day.

Thanks Ivy! Sorry about spilling the bucket after cleaning. Sounds like something I would have done. I accidently sprayed veggie juice over the kitchen today and feel your frustration. At least for me the floor was already pretty dirty.

Navy, hope the presentation went well.

sjkly, I vote for the blueberry pie too.

AFM- still waiting on baby, so I've gone through the rest of the list pretty quickly as a distraction. We'll see if baby or the chance to take a walk comes first.
