Crohns for oh, 23 years.
36 now and one resection at 19 years old (about 4 feet, two different sections)
Been on 6MP since surgery and remicade for over ten years, actually going next week for another dose. The stuff works, period.
Honestly, its a liveable disease, what does not kill you makes you stronger. My wife has MS and to be honest, this is a joke compared to what she goes through. Not trying to downplay what anyone goes through, I have been doing it a long long time, but there could be much worse options in the disease book of life.
Anyway hi and stuff. Looks like there is a LOT of information to be had here and I hope I can add some when its not 12 at night and should get some sleep before work. Anyone has any questions and/or hesitations about starting/trying Remicade, email me. I am the posterboy for it and after talking to me you will be running to get your first dose.

Just wanted to say hello and welcome to this great place. You will certainly find lots to read and perhaps to learn about. So glad Remicade is working for you.
