I had my Humira yesterday, so now I'm super-tired. Will be getting my methotrexate in about an hour and, the way things are going, it may well hit me for six. So, I'm going to keep things quiet today:

* basic chores - shower (done!!), do dishes, 15 minutes gardening, 5x5 minutes tidying.
* Friday chores - change sheets on bed.
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x3, get back on track with meds.

Bonus points:
* vacuum a floor
* ring the tradesman, because I didn't do it yesterday.
* ring someone and have a chat. I'm making this an optional extra today, as I need to rest.

Reward for doing basic chores:
* start making Christmas presents!

PS. Jo, did you see the rhythmic gymnastics on Ch 7 last night? It was supposed to be broadcast. I taped the evening events and went to bed and, when I tried to watch it this morning, found heaps of water polo and basketball, but no gymnastics. Have I missed it, or was it not on?

Today I need to get moving on all the things Ive let lapse this week so...
mop - then rest for work this afternoon
Ivy - There was only the water polo and basketball on here too, probably due to they being medal games. Has'nt this been the worst coverage of the Olympics in years, I feel like we have missed out on quite a few events that are good to watch.
I hope you did'nt find my letter to you to be mean spirited, I've just been a little fed up with things lately (again I will blame the pred lol).
Did you purchase your book yesterday? if so make sure you take time out today to rest and read.
Hj - How are you, any 'baby' signs yet?
Sj - How's Tucker?
Have a great Friday everyone

Gosh, Jo, that's a lot. I hope you are able to get through it ok without wearing yourself out.

I thought it was my imagination that the coverage wasn't as good this year - and there's no excuse, really, seeing as we're in (almost) the same time zone as Beijing. I remember that, when Athens was on, you could tape an advertised event and *know* it would be on. And does Ch7 keep stopping the coverage up there so they can play a footy game? That's what they're doing here, and people are getting cross. Grrrr. Thanks for the validation!

No book - it was in the city shops, but hasn't arrived here yet :-(.

I didn't find your letter mean-spirited at all. Will tell you why when I write.

I'm a bit concerned by the lack of a baby update lately. Hope everything's ok there...

No, they havent stopped the coverage for football here - what an uproar that would be - the talk back radio is having a field day bagging CH7 out and that would give them more ammo.
My pacting will be on the 'go slow' at it today so I wont attempt too much at once - thanks :) Better get a start before I have wasted another day. Jo

Hello all,
Jo, Tucker is doing really well his ear is almost healed-I think he's gained 5 lbs though and on an already slightly plump 70 lb dog that is a lot.
So my pacting:
Take dog for long walk
Get my blood work done
Start my billing
Work on resume
5x5 tidying
(I don't work tomorrow)
