I finally got in touch with the tradesman, and he *says* he's going to come here this morning. Most of today's plans are contingent on him actually coming when he says he will tongue

* prepare work area for tradesman
* deal with tradesman
* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, shower and wash hair, 15 minutes gardening (if it doesn't rain)
* Wednesday chores - I'm meant to do the floors, but I'll only pact to do the kitchen floor (which needs a wash) today, and spend the rest of my energy cleaning some parts of the house that could do with some tlc.
* and - get craft stuff off lounge room floor
* Crohn's and fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, stay on track with meds
* do devotions

Bonus points - meditate, go for another long walk, phone someone, start writing another letter.
Bonus errands - library, post letters, grocery shopping, hardware shop.

I feel as if I'm falling behind in everything here. Fingers crossed I can catch up today.

I'm sorry I missed the last few days of pacting. I think the biaxin made me sicker than the infection it is supposed to treat. I left work after half a day yesterday and fell asleep for four hours. I woke up for one and then went back to bed.
So today I managed to work most of the day and get my labs done (was supposed to do them friday but I told that story already).
Work all day
Go to the pharmasy
Do laundry
Pack for Labor day weekend in dover.

I hope you all have a great day.

Wednesday pacting:
See Gastro (done)
sweep floors
rest before work this afternoon

Ivy - Work training went well, hopefully I can get this shift once a week (for the rest). Your soup sounded delicious, I love coriander in anything. Hope you are feeling better today (I am, so far).
Sj - Is this still your sinuses causing havoc? Spoke to my Gastro about MTX causing my sinuses grief and she concurred that it can - I have also been getting that dreadful headache for two days after taking MTX, I suggested to her that I didnt want to take it anymore but have to wait till I have the chance to take Humira. Hope you are feeling better soon too.

Weds is the last doc appointment, baby has to come or they're forcing her out, so:

- dr appointment-- hope she passes tests again and we can schedule delivery for the weekend
- walk
- yoga
- double check the hospital bag, contact information list to call all of the people who've been calling me
- rest
- eat well and get hydrated

Ivy-- that soup sounds excellent! Might just get out some soup I froze up months ago and pretend it is as good as that.
Currently in remission!

Jo, my sinuses actually feel better now that I am taking the antibiotics but its like I reached and exceeded the limit of how much medicine my body can handle. I ended up taking a 12 hour med holiday-nothing but bootleg prednisone and feel much better today. Hopefully now that I am taking my meds again the blahs won't come back.

April, I think sometimes fun is better for you and more productive than chores :-). How old is your niece?

I'm struggling today. My hips are deteriorating and my left knee is making it impossible to walk without limping. And, as always, it's taking ten times longer to get anything done than I anticipate.

So far I've dealt with the tradesman (who arrived punctually!!), got the house almost tidy, started writing a letter, and have done a lot of errands down the street. The errands have been mounting for weeks, so that's progress. However, I've done no cleaning and, unfortunately, the house needs it...

Exercise was some strengthening exercises, as my joints wouldn't let me take a long walk.

Jo, I'm glad your gastro was nice, for a change. And what a shame that you can't have Humira yet. It sounds as if you need it, especially as the mtx is still giving you headaches. What did she say about your d? Did she give any advice to help?

sjkly, I'm so sorry you're feeling horrible. I think you're amazing for working - you go, girl!

hj, I'm continuing to keep my fingers crossed for a good and speedy delivery.
