Tick tock, tick tock...

* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, shower, tidy the house, 15 minutes gardening, maybe vacuum and / or wash one floor
* Tuesday chores - dusting
* Crohn's and fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, strengthening, meds.
* devotions
* and - start a new symptoms diary

If I'm reasonably mobile tomorrow:
* grocery shopping and put groceries away
* cook one low-residue meal for the freezer
* return library books
* go through freezer so I know what's there.

If I'm immobile:
* think about healthy, low-sugar low-residue meals
* cut out Christmas decorations
* file the recipes I photocopied a few days ago

Bonus points:
* go to church
* go to video shop
* go to craft shop

I have'nt been able to pact the last few days between moving my daughter out and moving everyone elses rooms in the house around and work.
I was lucky I had the energy - why - I dont know, still taking the same meds, eating the same things, yet I found the energy I need to do some very physical things, I will probably crash and burn soon so I really need to:-
sort out our games cupboard
sort/chuck top of wardrobe, same for bottom of
meat and vegetable/fruit shop
pick daughters laptop up from computer fixit man
work pm
Ivy - I hope you are doing OK, I have had you in my thoughts and prayers these last few days :)
Will also try and get back on HW to read more posts at some stage too.
Take care everyone

Hi Jo,

How's Sam coping in her flat? And has she started policing yet?

My 11am update: I've made most of the bed (just have to put the quilts on top once the blankets have finished airing) and done the first batch of dishes, have defrosted a freezer and cleaned the shower. And the soup is on the stove, cooking. I'll have to puree and freeze it once it has cooked then cooled.

I'm making *more* of a mess as I do all this, rather than less...

Good luck today, Jo.

Haven't been as productive today. I worked late and then came home and did not want to do anything. I just finished the work I had to bring home with me and it's 9:10-did not start it until 8:30.
Anyway tomorrow I have a meeting I did not hear about until today and then have to work late again so no further pacting-just work. Still not 100% and would rather get more sleep then do more housework.
Hope everyone else is doing well.

I'm struggling with productivity this afternoon, too.

I was dressed and just heading out to the shops when the phone rang. It was nice to chat, but it stopped me from doing the shopping. Now I can't go because I left the garage door open and the cat is asleep on a rafter above the car and refusing to move, no matter how much I poke her with the mop. I can't start the car or else I'll asphyxiate or run over her, so I'm stuck at home. V aggravating.

Anyway, I'm off to do some more dustying / tidying... Ho hum.

Hope you feel better when you wake up and read this, sjkly.
