My #1 priority today is to do the grocery shopping, but I won't be able to do it until late morning / early afternoon, when (touch wood) the gut settles. If I do it before lunch, I can reward myself with some take-away noodles.

Until then:

* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, tidying, 15 minutes gardening
* Wednesday chores - vacuum and / or wash as many floors as I have energy for
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, strengthening, meds
* devotions
* make stock
* renew library books

Sitting chores, if I run out of energy - cut out decorations, do some paperwork, file those recipes

Bonus points - wash a few of the out-of-the-way ornaments that are starting to look dusty and grimy.

It's 1.15 pm and I've vacuumed two floors and mopped one. Have also made the bed and done the dishes. I've also done a big grocery shop buying essentials like UHT milk and toiletries to tide me over the next few months. What a scary exercise - toiletries are *expensive*, especially when you buy two months' worth at once.

I've had the take-away noodles, too, and very nice they were. And bonus: no dishes!!!!

Now I have to go and put the groceries away... *sigh*

It's a beautiful day today, and if I can settle my hips I want to try to do a long walk by the beach, because I may not be able to after next week.

Navy, how did you go at the doctor's?

How was your walk, sj?

Late pacting so...
I got my new glasses today and can see much better now - who put those cobwebs in the corner of the loungeroom lol
did some light tidying due to all the physical things I had been doing - obviously dusted lol.\
Ivy I hope you are feeling well - when were you due for your next Humira shot? You are always in my thoughts.
Hope to be able to get on the computer tomorrow to catch up with reading posts.
Ivy - Sam is doing really well, has her first night shift tonight and she has settled into her flat nicely - the independent little miss!

I'm due for my next, denied, Humira in a week, so expect to start declining in a few days' time. I always tend to get pretty wobbly in the days before the injection is due.

LOL about the cobwebs! I fight a neverending battle against them here, too.

Glad to know Sam is settling in so well. How did her first shift go? Is she liviing by herself, or with flatmates?

btw, I did go for that long walk. Walked 4 - 5 km along the ocean and had a great time. I hope your day was good too.
