My #1 priority today is to do the grocery shopping, but I won't be able to do it until late morning / early afternoon, when (touch wood) the gut settles. If I do it before lunch, I can reward myself with some take-away noodles.
* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, tidying, 15 minutes gardening
* Wednesday chores - vacuum and / or wash as many floors as I have energy for
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, strengthening, meds
* make stock
* renew library books
Sitting chores, if I run out of energy - cut out decorations, do some paperwork, file those recipes
Bonus points - wash a few of the out-of-the-way ornaments that are starting to look dusty and grimy.
