I finished drinking all that junk, and during it my BM went from clear, to colored, to clear ect...Its been about an hour since I finished it completely, my BM's are slowing down, but the last BM I had was not clear, it was actually pretty dark.  I'm wondering if maybe it just hasnt had enough time to completely work its way through my system, or if it just wasnt enough?  Ive done these before but I never had this issue.

That should be normal. It happened to me as well, but just keep drinking liquid(it seriously helps keeps the process going) and you should be fine. It doesn't have to be completely clear for the colonoscopy to be successful. If there is a little bit of debris or color that is okay.

I agree with LMills, a little leftovers won't ruin the test. I had a similar problem, but I used the pills (which I heard were taken off the market).
