I told my employer about my Crohn's and they were ok with it.  The only thing that drove me crazy was that she said to be sure I let the lead know that I need a break every two hours to use the restroom... I tried to explain that it was something that couldn't be "scheduled" and she kind of just blew it off.  Oh well.... I'm still looking for something new!  I have an interview Wednesday so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Thanks to you all who were thinking of me!

Yay! Good they were somewhat understanding. So rather than telling the lead "every two hours" just tell the lead "as needed" lol.
26 Year old married female law student (last year!!). Diagnosed w/ CD 4 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD. I am sort of lactose intollerant too but can handle anything cultured and do well w/ lactose pills and lactaid. For crohns I am currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day and hysociamine prn. I also have bad acid reflux and have been on PPI's since age 13. I have been through prilosec, prevacid, and nexium. Currently I am on Protonix in the morning and Zantac at night. I also take a birth control pill to allow some fun in my life.

that sucks i work around people that pee that often and they are perfectly normal. I think when you give it a disease name people watch you go more carefully.
