* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, tidying, 1 floor, 15 minutes gardening, shower
* Saturday chores - paperwork
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, strengthening, meds.
* devotions
* bundle up a care package for a friend
* make chicken stock

That's probably enough for today.

Bonus points if I

* make soup
* do the grocery shopping
* go to the video shop

but no guilt if I don't.

I have'nt made it on the computer, I had my BCC removed from my face/chin on Thursday and have been in discomfort and feeling airy fairy for a few days now. I had to go back to work today but only lasted half the shift before my wonderful supervisor (who carried my workload for me) sent me home.
I think something they gave me made my CD flare for the last few days and am only just keeping food in this afternoon, it has been a nightmare trying to eat anything anyway because I can't open my mouth very wide due to the stitches being so close to my bottom lip and the swelling to go with it. What started out as a small skin cancer has now turned into a massive scar from my bottom lip to half way down my neck! I did'nt get to talk to the surgeon afterwards and am due to have the stitches out on Tuesday, so will find out biopsy results then. This will teach me to put off getting things like a 'non healing' sore checked out by a doctor! I have a suspicious one on my neck that the Dermo wants to look at again in November, hopefully its not the same thing, sheesh I might end up with a scar around my neck like a necklace for this one lol!
Anyway off to bed soon.
Ivy - How are you feeling? I hope not too many BMs daily! Jo

... but Jo, they said it wasn't anything to worry about! I'd say it's *their* fault it was left this long; not yours.

I'm so sorry this has turned into to something bigger than you expected.

In terms of not being able to open your mouth, are you able to get some Resource, Ensure or enteral feed delivered? If all else fails, you could dispatch your family to the supermarket to get yourself some Sustagen (if you can cope with dairy) - it comes in poppas, so you can just shove the straw in and drink. Better than nothing...

Sending lots of *hugs* and sympathy your way,
