when i'm flaring i go insane about
beverages.......i'm usually fine with just water...but theres only so much water you can drink before you start to seriously crave flavor, lol......anything dairy, caffeinated, or carbonated causes problems for me, also super sweet seems to be no good.....even water sometimes gives me trouble during flare times.....so since everything kind of hurts, go with water (filtered), pedialyte, broth, herbal teas (with raw honey), ummm yeah thats about
it, lol........when the flaring calms down, i enjoy Reed's natural ginger brew (premium flavor, contains fruit as sweetener, not sugar or fructose), sparkling water, fruit juices cut with soda water/seltzer.....those Izze carbonated fruit drinks are good if you can find em....i try not to touch anything with high fructose corn syrup or caffeine...but then again i've never been into caffeine, try to stay as natural and organic as possible, whole foods are better foods in my opinion....
