Things I have to do:

* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, get the house a little tidier than it is, 15 minutes gardening / pull 120 weeds.
* devotions
* exercise
* meds
* get fat off stock and freeze it
* put chicken stew and vegetable stew in the freezer
* rummage through fridge and get rid of the last, mouldering, vegetables that I didn't use yesterday
* ring my doctor
* refill soap dispenser
* apologies to church

Things I want to do:
* curl up and read
* make lavender wands
* ring someone and chat

Things I'd like to get done this week, and will potter at whenever I have a bit of extra energy (ha). No recriminations if I don't get them all done; just as long as I make a good start:
* laundry x 3
* clean kitchen
* change sheets on bed
* catch up on ironing
* paperwork
* dusting
* clean bathroom and toilet
* floors
* wash cat's litter tray
* wash draining board etc
* sweep outside paths
* get back patio looking respectable again,
* repot plants on back patio / clear away the dead annuals / dig up hyacinth bulbs and store until next year
* get scripts to pharmacist
* return library books
* make vet appt for cats
* get blood test
* write two letters (I owe dozens)
* cut out pjs
* tidy my mother's bedroom - a HARD job.sad

Jo, good luck with the doctor. April, I hope your pain improves.

Hello all,

I have been so busy I haven't stopped by to pact everyday but my last week has been productive and I have completed the neccitites.
Tomorow I work 13 hours again so I am not making a list other than to eat properly as eating has become an issue again espescially when I am busy and since I am not feeling hungry don't bother to stop for food.

Late pacting again. Went to the GP and its not MRSA but two different strands of Staph (she did tell me but I cant remember what they were) so the antibiotic Im taking will kill one strand but not the other, so when I finish this antibiotic I start another for the other strain - UGH. That's why it only feels like its slighlty healing I guess. All this started with a cut I never even realised I had, Im so diligent with open wounds due to my compromised immune system, but this one got by me.
Ivy - You sound better spirited today, I hope you feel that way. Hope one of those dozen letters is for me :). Thank you for all your well wishes re this d... foot :).
April - Thank you for your prayers and lob a few volleyballs over the net for me (I have'nt played that for years) :)
Sj - welcome back, you seem to be working much harder lately, please make sure you look after yourself too.
Have a good day (whats left of it here)

Seems like bacterial strains are growing more and more severe these days. I am happy that it's not MRSA... but staph is pretty serious too. Keep that puppy covered and take care. Yep, when I get even a little cut, I immediately cover with neosporin and bandaide due to all the staph that's gone around North Texas.

Monday... I don't feel up to Monday. I want to be positive but I don't feel well. After seeing yet another GI last week and not liking him either, I am getting quiet depressed. I will keep an association with this one due to the hospital he's affiliated with - Presby Plano - my ER of choice. But other than that, he told me to let my PCP keep treating me?????? I didn't even get a shower this weekend... that's how horrible I feel. I did what I needed for my child, but that's it.

Today: Go to work and try not to puke, grab guts or look sick or show pain. Food not an option today. Job's still new so I must put on a good front. Still running low-grade fever, gut still hurting - almost out of pain meds due to ankle (which is better now). Feeling weak and shaky.

Been sitting here for over an hour trying to get up the strength to get into the shower.

Ready or not

Oh, Leslie. *hug*

Please keep hanging in there, and please, please, go to the ER if it gets too hard.

Jo, I'm sorry the news on your foot wasn't better, but am glad it's not MRSA. You hang in there too. *hug*

Thanks, Ivy. I needed a hug. I called my PCP today and started another round of pred and another type of nausea medication that I can take with phenegren if needd. I will feel better. Just one of those low days we all get from time to time. Tomorrow's a new day. Will try to start off on a positive note when patching.

Think I will head to bed nice and early tonight. Just too that Bentyl stuff, so I should get tired pretty soon.

Thanks again. Sorry to be such a downer. :)
