Hi all
I know i havent beenon much lately, I had a scope done on Oct 31 which was to see how my CD was doign in order to see if I was ata point I could have children however about 2 weeks prior my husband told me he wanted a divorce.  Now he is not wanting to keep me on his med insurance or at least at the moment complaining about it.  It is my annual time to have my Hunira get prior auth again and they denied it so been having issues there too.  I went to a pain clinic and they gave me oxcyfast to try which only helps for a cpl hours at most then the pain comes back I rather not go back on fentanyl patches since my pain is typically only at night.
well going 2 try and get some sleep hope all are feeling well keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers

I am so sorry about your marital situation. Please get advice immediately about your rights under your state's laws regarding his ability to remove you from his insurance. Depending on the state, he might not be able to remove you without your permission. Also, should this proceed to divorce, you might be entitled to receive medical insurance coverage under his plan for a certain length of time.

Again, I am so sorry about what has happened.

Dragonfly so sorry to hear of your marital woes. Did want to give you some info that happened when I went thru a divorce a few years back. My exhusband could not remove me from his medical insurance until the divorce was final. Hope that gives you some comfort. And do try to stay as stressfree as possible (I know easier said than done) so you don't get sick. Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

God Bless,
Gail *Nanners*

I'm sorry you're going through this now. But I echo the previous posts, you need to seek legal advice asap for medical coverage. You are probably entitled to the coverage until things are finalized.
