May I have Crohns?

My doctors have complitley dismised me...being told to drink pepto...I have extreme heatburn and had a Nissen Fundoplication surgery in march 2008 since then I have had SEVERAL more problems since. including the fact my surgey FAILED my GERD continues to get worse. Right after my surgey when I satrted incorperating foods I thought I had dumping symdrome which made sense... now it's December and starting in July I have had NUMEROUS NEW PROBELMS from Chronic Fatigue Sysdrome to continuous Dirrohea, shoulder pain ans it's gotten worse I eat something & within minutes to an hour I have to RUN to the bathroom.. I've had an orange tongue since July and VERY bad canker sores since. and swollen lymph nodes in my throat...I get NO ANSWERS from my doc.. the more research I do on Crohns I BELIEVE and I AM CONVINCED I have THIS what should I do?? please help me...does it sound like Crohn's?? it's getting worse n disrupting my life... as far as diet it seems NO MATTER what I eat i have explosive dirrohea within minutes to an hour... have not been the same since the surgey which did NOTHING but cause MORE problems without even solving the original! what to do? where to go from here? any help GREATLY APPRECIATED

22 F ~ Anxiety/Panic Disorder, Depression, Insomnia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Gerd/Heartburn( Lap Nissen Failed), Shoulder Pain from Post Op, Chronic Pain, Non healing Mouth Ulcers, Severe headaches & Migraines,
Pantoprazole 40mg, Xanax 0.5mg, Temazepam 60mg, Ambien 10mg Portia,
occasional Percoset and Tramadol.

Have you ever been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome? This is a possibility. Also Celiac Disease. To rule out Crohn's, your best bet would be to find a Gastroenterologist and have bloodwork and a Colonoscopy done. The best of luck to you. Blessings, Julie

Asacol 3 times a day, Remicade 10mg/kg every 4 weeks, Prednisone 12 mg, Miralax,  Prevacid 30mg, Vit B12, Vitamin D, Slow-FE (Iron), Hydrocortisone enemas
Imuran stopped 9/8/08 (possible Pancreatitis)
Paxil 40mg daily (for Panic disorder)
Xanax .5mg as needed (for anxiety attacks)

I agree with what the others said. And stop seeing doctors who dismiss you and your problems...keep us updated. I hope you start feeling better..
20 years old, Diagnosed with moderate to severe Crohn's and Colitis in May of 2008.
Currently taking:
Prednisone 30 mg, pentasa 2 pills 4x a day, bentyl as needed, prilosec in the morning, tandem plus, humira every other week, and good probiotics.
Surgery for ectopic pregnancy most likely the result of severe Crohn's inflammation in July of 2008.
Attempting the specific carbohydrate diet. Cheated once for Christmas.

Maybe you possibly have yeast/candida overgrowth. Ever been on antibiotics or birth control pills? Usually those promote yeast overgrowth if left unchecked. People with the symptoms/conditions you mentioned (GERD, heartburn, D, CFS, well as colitis or Crohn's symptoms), have found relief after following an antifungal diet. Do you eat/drink artificial sweeteners?
