Christmas (Thursday) night pacting

Well, Christmas is just about over. I'm really tired and am in danger of faffing the night away and then waking, tired, to a messy house, so here are a few pacts to get me through until bed-time:

* watch the Queen's Christmas message (just finished)
* do dishes and put them away
* put away things in the Christmas basket I took to our main Christmas event
* open my last presents :-)
* put away presents, wrapping detritus and postpacks
* shine kitchen sink
* cut up kidneys for cat
* an extra five minutes tidying
* start thinking about new years resolutions

Ho ho ho! What fun! but it will be nice when it's done...

8.08pm. I've washed the dishes, dried them, put them away.

Have zero motivation and am doing everything in six-minute power runs. Five seems too little, ten too much. Ho hum.

8.34 pm. I've cut up the kidneys and put them in the fridge & freezer, opened the last presents, and put the postpacks and detritius where they belong.

What now? Oh yes. The basket and tidying. Back soon.

9.20. Done! Amazing. The mess seemed scarily insurmountable, but it only took 105 minutes to get everything tidy again. I even swept the floor.

more than what ive dne arrived home from my parents house and relised my flat is a complete utter mess :( guess ill get on to it soon ish tum going a bit nuts after all that xmas food :( still pretty good considering what i ate

It's 1:09pm and I'm enjoying my Christmas so far...

-go to nieces/nephews to see what Santa brought (done)
-eat lunch with my mom since she had to work (done)
-still have to wrap some gifts... nono LOL
-make brocoli and rice for dinner tonight
-make it through dinner tonight! tongue
